License and Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SYNTERA GROUP LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the AIVPN browser extension solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property, are owned by SYNTERA GROUP LTD or its licensors.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension through your browser settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination:

• all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease;
• SYNTERA GROUP LTD shall have no further obligation to provide access to the Service, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
